Dresses in standard sizes 0-18 US can be purchased right away. For sizes 20 and above or custom measurements, simply submit a preorder request on the product page — our team will provide pricing and production times.

Most in‑stock dresses are processed within 2-4 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5-7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. For custom‑sized or pre‑order gowns, we’ll share estimated timelines before finalizing your order.

4. What is your return policy?

We back our products with a 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Custom‑made or final‑sale items and intimate accessories cannot be returned.
